Arahant Sivali, an enlightened and prominent monk under the Gautama Buddha’s dispensation during the time of the Supreme Buddha. Arahant Seevali widely venerated among Theravada Buddhists. He was very much meritorious to receive many gifts and good fortune. Buddhists in Sri Lanka and Myanmar are keeping this Sivali Amulet usually hung near the main entrance believing it brings prosperity and good fortunate just like how Arahant Sivali was.
Mostly the Sivali Amulet is seen made by some type of metal, mostly brass or copper, but this is uniquely made by wood.
